Daunting to DOable is an easy read. Karen used the approach that is clearly outlined in the book to coach me to an equity partnership promotion in 12 months. All I had to do was actively listen, take action, and believe in myself. Listening was the easiest part. Taking action was a tad easier when following Karen’s plan. Believing in myself was my biggest hurdle but Karen coached me through it. We set goals. Big goals. We made a plan. Big plans. Then I executed. Next, thing I know I was an equity partner with a book of business that I earned. It is DOable and if you follow the steps, you can do it too.
